Our return policy allows you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@carplaydepot.com. After that we will send the Return Label with the replied email. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please ship the package using USPS or UPS and provide us with the tracking number.
