Where can we deliver the package to?
We ship all orders within the United States.

 

Order Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email with your order number and details. When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. We will also send you an email notification once your order has been delivered.
You can track your order using our track order portal. Click here to track your order. If you have a tracking inquiry our support team is ready to assist you.
  
Shipping Cost?
Shipping within the United States is a flat fee of $6.99 USD.
All orders over $400 ship free.

 

Order Processing Time and Delivery Schedule
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following:
Order Cut Off Time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Order Handling Time: 3-4 Days (Monday- Friday)
Transit Time:   3- 5 Days (Monday-Friday)

Total Delivery Time: 6-9 business days. 

Shipping Carrier:
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service)
Lost Packages:
If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Verify the shipping address.
2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
3. Ask neighbors or family if they accepted the package.
4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to initiate a claim. 
If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
